Cassidy Tire & Service

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Chicago and have always had a great experience. They’ve replaced my brakes, fixed a flat tire, and repaired my tire pressure sensors, and every visit has been honest and straightforward. What I appreciate most is that they only recommend repairs that are actually needed. One time I brought my car in because I thought a sensor needed to be replaced, but they found it was just loose, tightened it up, and sent me on my way without charging me anything. That level of honesty is hard to find. Most recently, they let me know my battery was starting to get weak but wasn’t in need of immediate replacement. Instead of trying to sell me a new one, they simply suggested I plan on replacing it sometime this fall. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely looking out for their customers. I highly recommend them and won’t take my car anywhere else.

A few months ago, I had a tire go flat on 290 and the closest tire shop was the Cassidy in Addison. They did a phenomenal job and have me a great price on a replacement. Yesterday morning, I found another tire nearly flat and discovered that I live four blocks away from one of their locations in the city. Once again, I got a great price on fast service. I cannot recommend Cassidy highly enough.

Rafael is an absolute awesome dude at the front. His hustle and positive energy is unmatched. I messed up on tire sizing and instead of screwing me, he helped me and didn’t penny pinch me on it. This shop is awesome and the mechanics works quick. I super appreciate this shop!

Excellent service. Friendly, professional and reasonable. This is my second visit for a screw-in a tire. Quick service and easy process. It’s even a clean and great waiting room if you need to work and wait for your car to get serviced. 5 stars;)
